I was so excited when Deanna contacted me to tell me that she would like me to capture their growing family! Last October I photographed Deanna and her family at a beautiful pumpkin patch. If you remember October 2021, it was nothing like this years fall weather. It was a typical cold fall day for their session, but this year we were blessed with 70 degree weather in October! Their son Beau was all for photos this time around, he enjoyed the gorgeous sunny September weather and I don't blame him! Just like any boy, Beau got bored of photos and wanted to explore, but we had a few tricks up our sleeve to get him to be included in their family session. One of the tricks that seemed to work really well was placing skittles on mamas belly to get him to "kiss" his baby brother. When I capture families, I will get some of the more posed photos right away while I have everyone's attention, but then I like to include some natural moments of the family and capture their children's personalities, so when you look back at your gallery you will remember "Yes, that is my little one, he /she acts just like that!"
